Upon entry to Project T.O.U.C.H. a security deposit equivalent to 2 times your monthly rent and a $25.00 processing fee are due and payable. Any exception or payment arrangement must be pre-authorized by administration. If you have not paid by the 3rd of the month, you will be subject to a late fee of $25.00, more intensive Case Management, a write-up and/or dismissal from our program.

When exiting the program, you must give a 14-day written notice or else those 2 weeks can be deducted from your deposit. Upon exiting the program, you are required to remove all personal belongings. If you leave any belongings behind, we will dispose of them after 18 days. If you take any property belonging to Project T.O.U.C.H. when you exit the program, you will be prosecuted. (If you have certain needs upon your exit, be sure to call Admin., if we canassist you, we will attempt to do so). By signing below, I agree to all the rules and procedures previously agreed too:
